Specialised Board of Directors Program (2 Hours)

This 2-hour program is specifically designed for Boards of Directors. It moves beyond general awareness to focus on the strategic responsibilities of governance and accountability in fostering an anti-racist organization.

Governance and Oversight: The session examines the board’s fiduciary and ethical duty to ensure the organization’s policies, procedures, and culture are free from systemic racism. It covers how to integrate anti-racism into the organization’s mission, vision, and strategic plan.
